
After the success of e-KYC for online paperless account opening, we are now introducing Re-KYC, a compliance process that ensures clients can easily update their personal details and related documents online. This will help keep information accurate and up-to-date, while meeting regulatory requirements. All changes or updates done by the client will be sent to the back office through an API provided by the back office vendor.
Steps in Re-KYC:
Client Code for Access
Clients will be required to use their unique client code to access and update their data.
OTP
Verification
Once logged in via the code, an OTP will be sent to the client’s registered mobile number and email address
for secure verification.
Simple Update Process
After successful OTP verification, clients will be able to easily update their mobile number, email Id, address, bank account details, segment addition, account closure,
income details and IPV (for dormant clients), nominee update withor without valid documents, and more.
Document Handling
After the required changes are done, the system will generate a PDF with updated information and valid documents. This PDF can be signed using Aadhaar-based
eSIGN.
Seamless Data Transfer
All updated data will automatically sync
with the back office via the vendor’s API.
